Alumni Class Giving Competition - Ends Jan 30th

The class with the highest participation or any class that hits 100% will have a picnic table named in their honor on the new Alumni Patio, a special reception for the class, recognition at Homecoming, and recognition on the Alumni Webpage.
All bragging rights included!

Contest Rules:

  • Minimum gifts of $19.73 count. Alumni Parents can enter too!)
  • Each grade level would compete for the highest participation rate
  • In case of a tie, the class with the highest donations wins.
  • A class may win two years in a row if they also have the highest donations.
  • A high participation rate helps us achieve our goal for Annual Fund Goal!
  • The participation rates will be published online and in the Alumni Connection.
  • The office will not tell you who has or has not given toward the participation rate, all donation information is confidential.

The Annual Fund

 Every year Supports the annual operating budget The Annual Fund is the first priority in fundraising for the school and supplies vital operating dollars in support of Vanguard yearly.

Capital Campaigns

 Periodically Funds new building projects, renovations, and programs  Funds capital projects as well as programmatic additions in support of the school’s strategic priorities.

Endowment

 Ongoing Takes pressure off the operating budget and tuition Invested funds provide  income to support Vanguard in perpetuity. 

Planned Giving

 As donor feels compelled Helps ensure Vanguard's future Planned gifts made through bequests and life insurance provide for the ongoing sustainability of Vanguard

Fundraising Activities

 Throughout the year Builds community while raising support Provides funding for Vanguard Parent Crew, school programs, special projects, and scholarship

 Ongoing Helps ensure Vanguard's future Unrestricted gifts to the Vanguard Fund support academic, arts and athletics programs and enhance opportunities to reduce tuition dependence. Your support enables talented faculty and staff to engage students in meaningful group projects and challenging individual assignments.
